All orders are shipped via Australia Post. You will be issued with a tracking number via email at the time of shipment.

We aim to deliver within 2-10 working days (within Australia) from the date of your order, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of being received, with the exclusion of sale events where delays may occur.


During Covid-19 we needed to put a halt on international orders as shipping became too uncertain. We are really sorry for the inconvenience. If you live in the UK please contact us as we might still be able to arrange delivery as an exception.


You can track the delivery status of your order at the Australia Post website once your tracking number has been sent to you.

We will replace or refund a parcel that is incorrectly addressed by us, but we do not take responsibility for delivery addresses that are incorrectly or insufficiently provided to us.  

All shipping is at the customer's risk. Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided, we do not hold responsibility for lost orders, or packages damaged in transit.

For all lost orders please contact Australia Post and advise them that your order has not arrived. You will need to quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation email.

All pre-sale item orders will be shipped as soon as the order comes in. We endeavour to give an indicative date when shipment is due in, however these are only a guide and may change dependant shipment delays from the supplier. Any pre-sale items placed with in stock items will be shipped altogether when pre-sale arrives in stock, unless otherwise indicated when purchased, addition shipping costs may be incurred.
