Do you do gift wrapping? 

YES for $4.95. At the moment you need to search for “gift wrapping” in the search bar, we are working at a different solution.

 

Can I return or exchange an item?

YES of course. If we make a mistake we will absorb the return costs, otherwise you can return it with the exact details here.                                          

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes and No. Since Covid started we had a lot of issues sending products internationally so we stopped offering it. Please talk to us directly if you are overseas and want to buy a certain product. We can tell you how much it would be to ship and then you make your decision. 

 

How can I pay for my online purchase?

We offer Visa, Master Card, American Express, and PayPal

In Store:

Our beautiful shop is located in the heart of the main street in Margaret River, Western Australia. Store hours are Monday to Saturday 9:30 to 5pm and Sundays & Public Holidays from 10 to 4pm. We are only closed on Christmas Day but available all other days of the year. Visit us at Shop 3 / 129 Bussell Highway, Margaret River, WA, 6285.

How do I change my delivery address?

If you mistakenly put a wrong address when checking out you can easily let us know in the live chat or send us an email to stella@threelittlerascals.com.au

 

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping from $100, $5 flat rate shipping for orders over $60 and need to charge $9.95 for orders below $60. Express shipping is $15 for all orders.

 

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We pick and pack every day, collection of parcels occurs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Express orders additionally get dropped off at Auspost on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

 

Who do we ship with?

Australia Post

 

How do I track my order?

Once the parcel is in the system you will automatically receive an Auspost tracking number. If the parcel travels to the East Coast ,the update sometimes only comes a few days later due to their system. Please excuse the inconvenience! Your parcel is definitely on its way once you receive a tracking number.
